Statistic Data Analysis and Discussion

The focus in the second part of this study is put on the most salient factors and requirements which tightly relate to the enhancement of the learning outcomes. This has been framed by (i) the tendency towards adopting a better governance in the school management in all its components, aspects and extensions, (ii) the tendency to effectively use financial and human resources and use the various facilities available in the classroom, and (iii) the tendency to ensure a good communication between partners inside the school and beyond it. Following these trends requires specific standards for the analysis of the teaching and pedagogical practices which guide the learning operations. These standards will allow us the opportunity to set the general and most objective foundations to override the factors constraining learning enhancement and finally reach the quality level sought. This will, by implication, guide the education practices and improves the number of students who join school yearly. It also caters for the facilities necessary to ensure better performance.
The study has used a set of procedures to put the various requirements into categories that include planning, organisation, management, evaluation and improvement. All of these requirements reinforce the relationship between facilities, equipment, resources and capacities for enhancing the school’s performance on one hand and its openness to its surroundings on the other. These requirements help the school to improve learners’ acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies. They also help them become autonomous and be aware of what happens in their environment and in life in all its dimensions. This entails an effective investment of energy and use of facilities for better performance and behavior.
With this view in mind, the study puts emphasis on the “The requirements for learning enhancement inside and outside the school”. A particular focus is put on how to improve the teaching and learning practices and reinforce positive standards’ indicators which might continually improve learning inside and outside school. Strategic planning, quality standards in administration and management, the improvement of the teachers’ and administrators’ skills are key elements in ensuring a working atmosphere which provides opportunities for creating human relations between all partners who are aware of their responsibilities and roles they need to undertake to boost performance and enhance appropriate and up-to-date learning .
Within the same framework, the study makes use of two questionnaires: one for primary school, and the second for lower secondary/middle school. Each of these questionnaires include standards and indicators for the investigation of the teaching practices in a sample of schools. The standards and indicators are useful for gathering and classifying data. The conclusions are analyzed and implemented to achieve the expected learning outcomes and make effective communication between the school’s inside and outside partners happen.
